When is it?
Saturdays, 10:45-11:45 am; 4 weeks only: July 20, 27, Aug 3, Aug 10

Who teaches it?
Sifu Lisa Kim, who's studied Jeet Kune Do for 14 years and has a Ph.D. in criminology

Do I have to do pushups?
Nope. This is a strictly technique based course that is suitable for all fitness levels.

What will I learn?
Techniques to avoid conflict and what to do if conflict is unavoidable.

Do I have to participate? Can I just watch?
Everyone is encouraged to partiticapte but if that is way out of your comfort zone, you can just watch. No one is made to do anything they are not comfortable with.

Combat Theater

WEMA offers one of the only choreographed fight classes in the area. The last Friday of every month, students will be taught a short fight scene, how to block it, and then have it filmed.
